Conduct scheduled and unannounced inspections of departments, factories, and operational sites.

Review whether employees and departments comply with approved company policies, procedures, work instructions, and authorization requirements.

Audit operational processes, documents, records, transactions, inventory, and supporting evidence.

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify procedural weaknesses, irregularities, and potential risks.

Investigate reported violations, misconduct, operational discrepancies, or suspected non-compliance when assigned.

Interview employees and department heads to understand existing processes and verify facts.

Prepare clear inspection and audit reports, including findings, supporting evidence, risk levels, and recommended corrective actions.

Present significant findings to the Inspection Manager and senior management.

Follow up with responsible departments to ensure corrective actions are completed within agreed deadlines.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of inspections, findings, investigations, and corrective-action plans.

Coordinate with factory management and department heads while maintaining independence and professional objectivity.

Recommend improvements to company policies, procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems.

Support the development of inspection checklists, audit plans, compliance standards, and risk-monitoring tools.

Perform other inspection, compliance, and special review assignments requested by management

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, quality assurance, operational inspection, risk management, or a related function.

Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, industrial operations, or multi-site organizations is preferred.

Strong understanding of internal controls, policies, procedures, and audit principles.

Ability to analyze documents, operational data, and business processes systematically.

Strong report-writing, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
-
Confident and professional when addressing non-compliance with employees and management.
-
High level of integrity, independence, discretion, and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-
Good command of Thai; working English proficiency is preferred.
-
Must be willing and able to travel regularly to VCON factories in different cities.
-
A valid driving license is required.
