Support the Human Resources Manager in overseeing daily HR operations across VCON’s offices and factories.

Manage recruitment activities, including workforce planning, job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and job offers.

Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, probation evaluations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
-
Work with department heads to identify staffing requirements and develop appropriate recruitment plans.
-
Maintain accurate employee records, employment documents, organizational charts, and HR databases.
-
Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and employee information.

Administer employee benefits, leave entitlements, welfare programs, and company activities.

Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, development plans, and follow-up actions.

Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.

Assist with career development, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.

Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflicts fairly and professionally.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints or policy violations when assigned.

Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company regulations, employment agreements, and HR policies.

Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to employees and managers.

Advise supervisors and department heads on employee management, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.

Monitor employee attendance, turnover, absenteeism, and other workforce trends.

Prepare HR reports and recommendations for management.

Support employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture initiatives.

Visit VCON factories when necessary to support factory employees and ensure consistent HR practices across all locations.

Perform other HR and administrative assignments requested by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, Law, or a related field.

At least 4–6 years of experience in human resources, including supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.

Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, industrial operations, or a multi-site organization is preferred.

Good knowledge of Thai labor laws, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and HR practices.

Experience in recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, or payroll coordination.

Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work effectively with factory employees, office staff, department heads, and senior management.
-
High level of integrity, fairness, discretion, and confidentiality.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with HR information systems or payroll software is preferred.
-
Good command of Thai; working English proficiency is preferred.

Must be willing to travel to VCON factories in different cities when required.

A valid driving license is preferred.
